This 4 bedroom 2 bath split plan home provides openness and
accommodation for the needs of any type of household from that of a
growing family to a couple with plenty of hobbies. The front façade
takes on an elegant extended Ranch appearance while the rear
includes a private fenced in-ground pool. This plan features a
vaulted open Living Room with gas log fireplace along with a formal
Dining Room. To ensure a well sized second living area, this design
includes a 17'x 20' Carolina Room with plenty of 6' windows for
light while also maintaining good wall space for furniture and wide
screen TV placement. This room includes a side door access to the
rear patio along with direct access into the Master Bedroom. A
cased-opening wall from the Carolina Room to the Breakfast Room
brightens the Kitchen area. Ceramic tile floors have been carried
from the Kitchen and Breakfast area into the Carolina Room creating
a consistent flow throughout the house.
The
Super IV with Workshop design incorporates an extra room that can be
used as a workshop, exercise room, home school room, or additional
activity room. The front double windows, along with the front entry
garage, mask the appearance of this attached workshop. The location
of the workshop area gives it expansion possibilities into the
double car garage. The room is fully insulated and furnished with
concrete flooring, and is equipped with a through-the-wall HVAC
unit. This separate heating and cooling system can be turned on/off
as the Workshop needs dictate with no effect on the rest of the
home. High insulation standards and energy efficient HVAC were
employed in the main house. The Workshop has been designed with
6'0"x 6'8" double rear doors, which open for easy equipping so that
anything from heavy equipment, tooling machines, or a golf cart can
be driven into the workshop. The front entry double car garage and
rear entry workshop, provide unique styling tools while insuring
privacy. Additional window placements balance the home and provide
workable light while direct access is achieved from the workshop to
the garage to the house interior.
