Super IV w/ Work Shop

With demands for four bedroom homes growing, we are proud to introduce our latest offering . . . Super IV with WORKSHOP. This split bedroom plan features three large bedrooms in the guest/children’s wing with a pocket door separation from the vaulted Living Room. A raised tray ceiling adds extra space to the Master Suite which includes a garden tub, double vanity, shower and walk-in closet. The Kitchen comes equipped with tons of countertop and cabinet space, a pass-through window above the sink and a Breakfast area. The Kitchen wall is opened above, allowing natural light to pass through from both the Living Room and Carolina Room. This plan includes a 20x15 Workshop area accessed through the double car garage. The workshop includes double doors in the rear for easy access as well as a separate HVAC heating and cooling system. Pick everything from brick to paint colors when we build for you!
