The
beautiful front facade of this home takes on a new Ranch look,
featuring a palladium window in the front Master Bedroom. This
bedroom includes a Sitting Room area, which makes it one of the
largest Master Suites in its price point. The Master Bathroom
features a marble pan shower with ceramic tiled walled to the
ceiling, a separate commode room and a large linen closet. Being
more of a kick off your shoes kind of home, the Breakfast Area, with
its floor to ceiling bay window and decorative light fixture, serves
as the main dining spot. The Kitchen is fitted with Silestone
granite composite countertops and under counter lighting, with an
over hang for potential bar stool applications. Careful selection of
Honey Maple Cabinets, including deep drawers on both sides of the
oven and pull out shelving, adds to the richness of this area. A
special built-in base cabinet with Silestone top was designed for
the Breakfast Area. The open 22x10' Morning Room off of the Kitchen
and Breakfast areas provides a sense of togetherness and comfort.
This room becomes the entertaining and relaxing area of the home
with its pre-wired surround sound stereo. From the Morning Room
there is a direct access to a large Rear Deck where the owners can
enjoy an open outdoors feeling.
This home is set in a quiet private cul-de-sac and sits high “in the
clouds” with a view of the future Forest Creek golf course area. The
property falls considerably from the street. With the sloping lot
and increased foundation requirements, a 22x11' lower level workshop
was designed with 2'0"x6'8" double glassed doors. The workshop is
conditioned and finished with appropriate phone and TV jacks.
Because there is additional room under the house, a large concrete
pad has been poured behind the workshop. A two zoned, area
controlled energy efficient heat pump has been employed in this
home, with separate thermostat controls in both the main living area
and the Workshop. Proper standards of insulation have been
installed, and Weathershield 2000 windows have been utilized.
